Return Window: 30-day return policy for MaryenB skincare products in original condition and packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact customer service at m@maryenb.com for Korean skincare return authorization
- Receive detailed return instructions via email
- Ship product back in original premium packaging
Refund Timeline: Korean beauty refunds processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
Return Requirements for Premium Skincare
Eligible Returns:
- Unopened Korean serums in original packaging
- MaryenB skincare products with intact safety seals
- MaryenB serums returned within 30 days
Return Restrictions:
- Customer pays return shipping (deducted from refund)
- Damaged packaging may result in return denial
- Used premium skincare products evaluated case-by-case
